I was delighted with the exceptional service I received during my stay at Victoria. Dario went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were taken care of, treating me like family. The level of hospitality and care he showed was truly outstanding. It made me feel right at home. I haven't experienced such genuine care and attention even in 5-star hotels. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location was convenient, being close to some great restaurants and attractions. The room had secure parking that was a bonus.
This hotel is definitely not recommended for a romantic escape. The staff was unhelpful and rude during check-in, and the rooms were less than desirable.

The exceptional service from Dario was astonishing. He went above and beyond, making us feel at home. Great sense of hospitality and care. Good location along the main street, close to the old town and plaza. Secure underground parking and a great taco restaurant nearby.

Staying at this hotel during Easter was a good deal. The location was conveniently close to the main street and landmarks, and the parking garage was secure. With breakfast costing only a few pesos, it was a great way to start the day. The staff members were friendly and the rooms were clean with basic amenities. It was not a luxury hotel, but for the price and location, it was a great deal.
The hotel was not without its flaws. Some of the staff members were not as friendly or helpful as others.
